Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Infrastructure and Application Operations for SaaS-Cloud platforms.
Oversee complex system migrations, preferably transitioning to Public Cloud environments.
Execute technical requirement gathering and strategic execution planning for Infra/App Ops.
Liaise across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Utilize JIRA, ServiceNow, and IPC modules at an expert level to manage workflows.
Requirements:
12-15 years of solid experience in SaaS-Cloud operations.
Strong background in managing system migrations to Public Cloud.
Certified Agile-Scrum practitioner and ITIL/ITSM practitioner.
Foundational certification in Public Cloud (Azure or GCP).
Proven ability in cross-organizational collaboration and requirement gathering.
