Roles & Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
Assisting in the execution of CRM campaigns via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
Tracking customer interactions and helping resolve basic queries
Analyzing customer data and preparing detailed reports for the team
Supporting database segmentation for targeted marketing communication
Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience
