Fidus Assets Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative Video Editor and Digital Lead Executive to join our team in Mohali/Chandigarh. You will be responsible for creating high-impact real estate content and managing social media campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Edit professional real estate videos, including site walkthroughs, property reels, and promotional ads.
Create and curate engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
Run and optimize basic paid campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate business leads.
Manage daily social media activity, including posting schedules, captions, and community engagement.
Track digital lead performance and maintain organized data in CRM or Excel.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, or similar professional tools.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.
Basic understanding of lead generation strategies and paid social media advertising.
Creative mindset capable of producing viral-style reels and high-conversion ad content.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
