Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls from DocOnline membership users with full dedication.
Resolve all user queries with high patience and maintaining professional standards.
Ensure every interaction leads to a great and smooth user experience.
Provide end-to-end support to users regarding their claim reimbursement processes.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong empathy and patience to handle healthcare-related concerns.
Previous experience in customer service or BPO is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced digital health environment.
