DocOnline is looking for patient and professional Customer Care Executives to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our membership users, ensuring they receive high-quality support and guidance for their healthcare needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls from DocOnline membership users efficiently.
Resolve user queries with a high degree of patience and professionalism.
Support and guide users through the process of claim reimbursements.
Ensure a consistently positive user experience for all members.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle customer queries with empathy and technical accuracy.
Basic understanding of healthcare memberships or claim processes is a plus.
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote operations.
