Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Associate specializing in US Healthcare voice support. This is a perfect opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in the international BPO industry with a focus on professional growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries with high accuracy and adherence to SOPs
Maintain detailed call records and documentation
Meet performance targets including Quality and CSAT scores
Participate in rotational night shifts and occasional upselling
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory
Valid PAN Card is required for the hiring process
Ability to work in a night shift environment
Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or specialized degrees are not eligible
