Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing end-to-end customer interactions via voice calls, live chats, and emails efficiently. Resolving product queries and service-related concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction scores. Collaborating with internal teams to track order status and provide real-time updates to clients. Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand s commitment to excellence and empathy. Maintaining detailed logs of customer feedback and issues for continuous service improvement.
Requirements: - Possess a Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university. Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in BPO or Customer Support roles (Voice/Non-Voice). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, as per business requirements. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period will be preferred
