Maintain consistent follow-ups and communication logs.
Collaborate with internal teams for problem resolution.
Update and maintain accurate customer records.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Customer-centric and positive mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
