ALR Aviations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dedicated Telecaller Executive to manage visa inquiries and provide travel-related solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a seamless experience for our travel clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage outbound calls to prospective customers for visa and travel services.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding visa processing and travel packages.
Guide clients through visa documentation and application requirements.
Maintain and update customer lead databases and interaction logs.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of visa documentation and travel booking processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) qualification is preferred.
