Customer Support and Sales Executive (Outdoors)

Bikat Adventures is looking for an affable Customer Support Executive to join India's first adventure-based learning organization. If you are passionate about the outdoors and excel in people-centric roles, this is your chance to bridge the gap between trekkers and our ground team.

• Handle and respond to all booking, trek preparation, and logistics-related queries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Act as a vital link between registered participants and the ground operations team.
• Collect and collate feedback from participants after their expeditions and present it to the Operations Team.
• Advise customers on trek requirements and ensure they are well-prepared for their adventures.

• Mandatory working knowledge of both Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong people skills including patience, tact, polities, and diplomacy.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is an advantage.
• A keen interest in the outdoors and the trekking industry.
• Ability to own projects and work without micro-management.
