Join M&G Holidays, a dynamic travel agency dedicated to crafting personalized travel solutions across Kerala. We are looking for passionate consultants to design unforgettable itineraries and provide expert travel advice to our diverse clientele.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to design customized travel itineraries, including accommodation and transportation.
Provide expert guidance on international destinations, visa requirements, and cultural insights.
Manage the complete booking process with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay current with global travel trends and participate in promotional travel fairs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or similar role within the travel industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts as required.
