Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via both chat and voice channels regarding banking services.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues following banking protocols.

Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Mandatory Graduation in any stream.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Versant Level 6).
Basic understanding of banking or sales is preferred.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer handling skills.
