Nira Finance is looking for energetic BPO Telecallers to join the collections team in Bangalore. This role focuses on maintaining professional communication and improving recovery performance through effective data-driven interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound collection calls professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Meet daily and monthly recovery targets
Coordinate with the MIS team to update dashboard data
Requirements:
Proficiency in at least two regional languages (mandatory)
Strong persuasive and communication skills
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is a plus
Basic understanding of Fintech or banking collections
