Design Validation Engineer – Mechanical (CAE)

Concord Control Systems is seeking a skilled Design Validation Engineer to lead structural validation of mechanical systems. The role involves ensuring product safety and reliability through meticulous analytical calculations and CAE simulations before production begins.

• Perform detailed stress analysis for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Develop FEA models and define precise boundary conditions and loading scenarios.
• Identify structural weak points and recommend design improvements based on analysis.
• Validate load paths and factor of safety for frames and support systems.
• Correlate simulation results with physical test data to improve model accuracy.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 2 to 6 years of experience in CAE and structural analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in FEA tools like ANSYS or HyperMesh.
• Strong grasp of Strength of Materials, mechanics, and failure theories.
• Ability to perform manual engineering calculations for validation.

• Annual salary range of ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000.
