Aka Consultants is looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to lead our Indore design office. You will be responsible for guiding construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Analysing architectural designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations
Supervising and mentoring Junior Architects, assigning tasks, and conducting skill enhancement workshops
Explaining design specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians to ensure accurate execution
Creating detailed blueprints, building models, and structure plans while incorporating client feedback
Guiding the entire construction lifecycle, including conducting site visits and inspections
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution
Strong expertise in researching materials and understanding environmental impacts on construction
Proven ability to develop projects within specified budgets and strict timelines
Excellent communication skills for presenting briefs to clients and coordinating with site teams
