Job Summary:
Join Unicent International School to lead the development of high-quality English language and literature curriculum materials across various educational levels. We are looking for a scholarly professional to craft engaging educational content, design effective assessments, and provide expert pedagogical guidance to our instructional design team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and review comprehensive English language and literature curriculum materials for K-12 and higher education.
Ensure all educational content aligns strictly with international standards and specific learning objectives.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers and other SMEs to build cohesive educational programs.
Provide authoritative expert advice on English grammar, complex composition, and literary analysis.
Create effective assessments and evaluation tools to measure student learning outcomes and content mastery.
Train and mentor content creators and editors, providing constructive feedback on English-specific materials.
Monitor and integrate the latest pedagogical trends and educational technology advancements into the curriculum.
Oversee content validation processes to ensure maximum educational efficacy and factual accuracy.
Address and implement feedback from educators and peer reviewers to consistently upgrade content quality
Requirements:
Masters degree or higher in English Literature or a closely related academic field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in educational content development or teaching.
Exceptional command over English writing and editing with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
In-depth expertise in English syntax, grammar rules, and advanced literary analysis.
Strong proficiency with digital educational tools and content creation platforms.
Self-driven individual capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Certification in TESOL/TEFL/TESL or experience in e-learning is highly desirable.
