You will act as the primary point of contact for course enquiries, helping students select the right programs to shape their careers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing inbound and outbound calls to address student enquiries effectively.
- Counseling students and parents to help them choose relevant academic programs.
- Handling admission procedures and maintaining daily enquiry records.
- Updating regular MIS reports to track performance against monthly and yearly targets.
- Providing excellent post-admission service to ensure student satisfaction.
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse enquiries.
- Ability to meet performance targets in a professional environment.
- Must be comfortable working on Saturdays and Sundays (with compensatory offs on weekdays).
- Graduate degree or relevant experience in academic counseling is preferred.
