Job Summary:
Join a leading finance team where your expertise in financial planning and business partnering will drive strategic decision-making in the FMCG and Retail sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting cycles.
Conduct detailed business performance analysis and management reporting.
Lead business partnering initiatives and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Drive actionable insights to support strategic commercial decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of core experience in FP&A or Business Finance.
Mandatory industry background in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI is strictly required.
Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset; CA or CMA qualification preferred.
