Job Summary: Join Ambak to drive growth by leveraging your existing network with builders and channel partners. We are looking for dynamic professionals to bridge the gap between real estate sales and home loan solutions through strong field presence. Roles & Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with local builders, brokers, and channel partners to boost business.
- Conduct regular field visits to partners to ensure consistent engagement and trust-building.
- Facilitate the entire loan journey for clients by coordinating effectively with internal operations teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner network to hit monthly business targets.
- Drive Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) volumes through dedicated partner management.
Requirements: - Possess 25 years of proven experience in Home Loans, LAP, or Real Estate sales sectors.
- Must have an active and existing network of brokers and builders in the local market.
- High comfort level with intensive field work and relationship-based selling approach.
- Self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to excel in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate and manage partner expectations effectively.
