Front Desk Executive Healthcare Receptionist

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks at our Prabhadevi facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a caring attitude to ensure high standards of patient care and clinic coordination.

• Handle patient registration, appointments, and inquiries at the front desk. Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information about clinic services. Maintain patient records and handle billing procedures using basic computer systems. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while managing the reception area. Ensure the front office is organized and follows all clinic protocols.

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Hindi. Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting, clinic, or hospital. Excellent communication skills and a professional personality. Proficiency in basic computer applications, specifically MS Office and Excel. Ability to work in shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM). Preferred candidates residing in or near the Prabhadevi area.
