We are looking for a professional Guest Relationship Executive to join our real estate team in Bangalore. This role focuses on providing exceptional guest service and coordination at our key locations in Devanahalli and Hebbal.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Handle guest queries and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth service delivery
Maintain and nurture positive long-term relationships with all visitors
Ensure the reception and guest areas are maintained to high standards
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience specifically within the Real Estate industry (Mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in guest handling and customer service roles
Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple guest requests
Professional appearance and presentable personality
