Home Health Medical Coder (Pune)

AutomationEdge is hiring a detail-oriented Home Health Medical Coder to join our growing team in Pune. You will be responsible for reviewing U.S. clinical documentation, assigning ICD-10 codes, and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations within the Revenue Cycle Management process.

• Review and classify Home Health clinical documentation (F2F, POC, Visit Notes, Discharge Summaries).
• Assign and sequence ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes per CMS and Home Health guidelines.
• Validate documentation completeness and coding accuracy for reimbursement.
• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve documentation queries.
• Maintain strict productivity and quality benchmarks in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Home Health Coding.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and U.S. RCM process.
• Familiarity with OASIS assessments and CMS Home Health regulations.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems in a Home Health environment.
• Certification (CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or COS-C) is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
