Alchemist is looking for a seasoned Senior Government Sales Professional to lead and expand institutional business across India. You will drive strategic sales, manage tenders, and build key relationships within the public healthcare and government sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and expand government/institutional business across India.
Manage participation in government tenders and procurement programs.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government hospitals and public healthcare organizations.
Achieve assigned revenue targets through Central and State procurement channels.
Monitor government healthcare policy changes and track upcoming procurement opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Healthcare.
15–20 years of experience in Government Sales or Institutional Business Development.
Deep knowledge of GeM portal operations, tendering processes, and government procurement procedures.
Established network in Central/State Govt, ESIC, CGHS, and Defence sectors.
Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
