Join our residential learning community located in the tranquil Himalayas. We are looking for a dedicated Hostel Warden to ensure student safety and maintain discipline at our Ranikhet campus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure student welfare, safety, discipline, and smooth hostel administration
Supervise hygiene, housekeeping, and mess facilities
Maintain daily routines including PT, study hours, and quiet hours
Counsel and guide students on personal and behavioral matters
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school administration
Handle emergencies and maintain student records
Requirements:
Mandatory prior experience as a Hostel Warden in a residential school
Disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated personality
Strictly non-smoker and non-drinker as per campus policy
Ability to reside on-site in a residential school environment
