Job Summary: Join a leading name in the construction industry at our prime office location in Hyderabad. We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage our end-to-end recruitment and payroll operations using modern HRMS tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent for construction and manufacturing roles.
- Handle monthly payroll processing accurately ensuring all statutory compliances are met.
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance data using Keka HRMS platform.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and fill open positions quickly.
- Address employee grievances and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners.
Requirements: - Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Proven expertise in handling Recruitment and Payroll is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS software is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in Construction or Manufacturing industry will be a big plus.
- Ability to join the team immediately or within a short notice period.
