Shiva Knitting Mills is seeking an experienced Import Documentation Executive to manage foreign trade operations in Tirupur. This role is ideal for experts in fabric, accessory, and machinery importation protocols.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing complete documentation for importing fabrics and accessories
Overseeing the importation process of industrial machineries
Liaising with international suppliers and freight forwarders
Ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations and import duties
Maintaining records of shipments, invoices, and clearance documents
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in import operations
In-depth knowledge of fabric and textile accessory imports
Experience in handling machinery imports from various countries
Proficiency in import documentation and customs procedures
Proximity to Tirupur Old Bus Stand area is preferred
