ALLENE OVERSEAS PVT. LTD. is looking for a competent Import Export Documentation Executive to manage logistical operations at our export house in Kundli Industrial Area. The role involves managing digital trade portals, handling shipping paperwork, and coordinating trade movements. This is a solid opportunity for logistics professionals to execute end-to-end supply chain documentation within an active international trade setup.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive international trade documentation and filing tasks on specific trade portals.
Coordinate actively with Custom House Agents to facilitate seamless customs clearance protocols.
Liaise directly with commercial shipping lines to secure booking schedules and manage freight documentation.
Manage end-to-end transportation logistics and cross-docking operational movements.
Track, update, and maintain detailed records of outbound and inbound international shipments.
Requirements:
Proven professional handling experience within an export house or international logistics framework.
Hands-on technical operational proficiency in navigating modern export-import digital portals.
Practical expertise in handling communication workflows with shipping lines, CHA, and transport networks.
Strong grasp of commercial shipping terms, customs procedures, and transit documentation parameters.
