International BPO Voice Expert (Non-GDS)

Join the International Business Unit (IBU) at Teleperformance for an exciting Universal Non-GDS Travel Process. We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent English communication skills to handle international customer queries and provide world-class service.

• Managing international customer interactions for the HOPPER Universal Non-GDS Travel Process.
• Providing high-quality voice-based support and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Maintaining performance metrics and quality standards as per Teleperformance IBU guidelines.
• Handling 24x7 rotational shifts while ensuring customer satisfaction in every call.
• Collaborating with the operations team to meet process-specific goals and SLAs.

• Strictly Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 English communication skills (Excellent fluency).
• Previous experience in any Voice-Based BPO Customer Service process is required.
• Candidates must not have applied to Teleperformance in the last 6 months.
• Willingness to work from the office in Thane and clear the AMCAT and Essay Writex tests.
• Eligibility for Non-GDS candidates with immediate joining availability.
