Job Summary: Join the International Business Unit (IBU) at Teleperformance for an exciting Universal Non-GDS Travel Process. We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent English communication skills to handle international customer queries and provide world-class service. Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing international customer interactions for the HOPPER Universal Non-GDS Travel Process.
- Providing high-quality voice-based support and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Maintaining performance metrics and quality standards as per Teleperformance IBU guidelines.
- Handling 24x7 rotational shifts while ensuring customer satisfaction in every call.
- Collaborating with the operations team to meet process-specific goals and SLAs.
Requirements: - Strictly Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 English communication skills (Excellent fluency).
- Previous experience in any Voice-Based BPO Customer Service process is required.
- Candidates must not have applied to Teleperformance in the last 6 months.
- Willingness to work from the office in Thane and clear the AMCAT and Essay Writex tests.
- Eligibility for Non-GDS candidates with immediate joining availability.
