IT Trainee (Information Technology)

Deep Technologies is looking for a motivated IT Trainee to join our team in Surat. This role offers freshers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support, networking, and web technologies.

• Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot daily IT issues.
• Install and configure software, operating systems, and hardware components.
• Assist in network maintenance and infrastructure support.
• Support website updates and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventory records.
• Adhere to company IT security policies and procedures.

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MS Office environments.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Advantageous: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong willingness to learn and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently residing in Surat.
