Junior AI Research & Implementation Engineer

Join Vision Infotech to design and build cutting-edge LLM-powered systems and RAG pipelines. We are seeking a creative AI Developer to research emerging tools and deliver robust intelligent automation solutions for international clients.

• Research and benchmark emerging AI tools, protocols like MCP, and agent frameworks. Architect and suggest the best possible AI automation workflows for diverse use cases. Design and implement RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI systems for production. Develop client-facing AI products including intelligent chatbots and document Q&A systems. Integrate advanced AI APIs such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini into service offerings. Document technical findings and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions for the team. Collaborate with product teams to scope and ship innovative AI-powered features.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in CSE, IT, or Computer Applications. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI development or implementation. Strong understanding of LLM architectures and retrieval-augmented generation. Proven experience in shipping at least one LLM-based product end-to-end. Proficiency in Python, REST API design, and vector databases.
