Junior Architect - Residential Redevelopment

• Preparing detailed architectural designs and ensuring they align with project requirements.
• Conducting regular site checking to monitor progress and maintain design integrity.
• Coordinating with RCC and MEP consultants to integrate essential services into the plans.
• Applying DCR (Development Control Regulations) knowledge to ensure all designs are compliant with Mumbai norms.
• Participating in team-building activities and skill development programs to foster a collaborative work culture.

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the architecture field.
• Must be a Licensed Architect with a strong eye for aesthetic and functional design.
• Sound knowledge of DCR, RCC, and MEP services is mandatory.
