Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for construction projects. Ensure compliance with DCR (Development Control Regulations) and building codes. Coordinate with RCC and MEP consultants to integrate structural and service requirements. Conduct regular site visits for inspection and quality checking of ongoing works. Collaborate with senior architects and diverse project teams to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in the architecture field. Must be a Licensed Architect with a strong portfolio and an eye for design. Sound technical knowledge of DCR, RCC, and MEP services. Prior experience in on-site verification and project coordination.
