• Manage end-to-end Learning Operations and LMS coordination.
• Execute precise Case Management to resolve training-related queries.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
• Provide comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor training delivery schedules and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with leadership for non-IT and LifeScience hiring requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in L&D or Learning Operations.
• Proven expertise in handling Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong background in Stakeholder Management and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional Indian corporate etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced BPO/KPO environment.
