Platform Operations & Support Executive

Join the Aastrika Foundation as a Platform Operations & Support Executive to drive social impact in the healthcare sector. We are looking for a proactive professional to manage our web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless performance and delivering top-notch support to our partners and users.

• Assess platform readiness for both app and web versions before any new release.
• Document technical issues and collaborate closely with the tech team for swift resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user assistance and troubleshoot problems using diagnostic techniques.
• Manage user queries across multiple channels including WhatsApp, FreshChat, phone, and email.
• Assist partners with content uploads and the course creation process on the platform.
• Maintain detailed records of support tickets and follow up with users until resolution.
• Participate in the user feedback process to continuously enhance the overall platform experience.

• Any Bachelors Degree is required for this operational role.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations or help desk support functions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot software issues and use call-tracking applications.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools, Microsoft Excel, and Canva to enhance productivity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Previous exposure to the healthcare sector or working with NGOs is a significant advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
