Job Summary:
Join our fast-growing EdTech team to drive innovative STEM learning programs across schools in India. We are seeking a proactive person to manage sales pipelines, coordinate with clients, and ensure seamless business operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
Systematically manage and track sales leads while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Liaise with the marketing team to execute various campaigns and promotional drives
Provide vital support to the sales team during client communications and follow-ups
Take ownership of customer orders and provide excellent post-sales assistance
Maintain accurate sales records and generate periodic reports for the management
Collaborate internally with different departments to streamline sales activities
Requirements:
Must be a Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales Support, Business Development, or Sales Coordination
Possess good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Comfortable working in-person from our Bengaluru office
