Aastrika Foundation is looking for a proactive Executive to ensure seamless digital learning platform performance. You will manage user support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with tech teams to drive social impact in the health sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess platform readiness and evaluate features before release.
Document issues and collaborate with the tech team for resolution.
Provide first-point-of-contact support via WhatsApp, FreshChat, and email.
Support partners in content uploads and course creation processes.
Maintain records of support tickets and user feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in operations or support roles.
Proficiency in AI tools and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in EdTech or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
