OTOO Learning is looking for a proactive Process Associate to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for managing home tuition inquiries, connecting with parents, and providing personalized educational solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage incoming leads for home tuition services via phone.
• Understand parent requirements and provide tailored tutoring solutions.
• Coordinate between parents and tutors, including scheduling demo classes.
• Ensure smooth communication and address customer queries promptly.
• Collect feedback from parents post-placement to ensure service quality.

• Any Graduation degree.
