Production Manager for Pharma Facility

• Manage daily production operations for tablets, capsules, syrups, and creams at our facility.
• Implement robust production planning and control (PPC) to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure absolute adherence to quality standards and GMP guidelines during the manufacturing process.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and production logs as per industry mandates.
• Supervise factory staff to optimize output while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy or a related science field.
• Minimun 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Expertise in handling production of solid and liquid orals as well as semi-solids.
• Proven track record in dealing with regulatory documentation and authorities.
• Strong leadership and production planning skills.
