Receptionist for Healthcare Clinic

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our medical clinic team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for professionals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about patient care and clinical operations.

• Handle follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with patients.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Assist with billing processes and ensure smooth payment coordination.
• Guide patients through treatment plans and address their non-medical queries.
• Coordinate dental procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

• Qualification: PU or Any Graduate degree.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Availability: Willingness to work from 9 AM to 8 PM.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week, including some Sundays.
