Remote Sales & Customer Support Executive

AdsDial is seeking motivated professionals to join our expanding advertising agency as Remote Sales & Customer Support Executives. This role is perfect for confident communicators who excel at client interaction, presenting innovative ad solutions, and building long-term business relationships from the comfort of home.

• Engage with potential leads to introduce and explain AdsDial s comprehensive advertising solutions. Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp and other communication channels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the internal CRM system. Execute consistent follow-ups with interested prospects to drive conversion and sales growth. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients. Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.

• Strong proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, while basic English skills are considered an advantage. Proven interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to persuade. Must possess a personal laptop/PC, a smartphone, and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Previous experience of 1–2 years in telecalling or sales is preferred, though talented freshers are welcome. High level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
