Job Summary: Join our high-energy sales team in Bangalore to drive customer acquisition and boost center performance through strategic B2C outreach. We are looking for target-driven professionals who can master the art of negotiation and deliver impactful product pitches to convert potential leads into loyal clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients through professional cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
- Conduct on-field sales activities to actively attract and onboard new retail clients.
- Deliver tailored product presentations that effectively highlight value propositions and benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to final contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain and update detailed client data and sales performance reports using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and product teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Analyze sales trends and present actionable insights to the management for performance boosting.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
Requirements: - Possess a Bachelors degree in any stream with a strong sales aptitude.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Outbound TeleSales (B2C or Customer Acquisition).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a professional setting.
- Proven track record of being target-oriented and motivated by incentive-driven performance.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Ability to handle both office-based calling and occasional on-field client visits.
- Immediate joiners or those with a 1-week notice period are highly preferred.
