Cascade BuildTech is looking for experienced Sales Managers to lead commercial real estate projects in Kharar. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for commercial real estate projects.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking and referrals.
Conduct property tours and manage client inquiries.
Negotiate deals and oversee contract finalization.
Maintain CRM data and provide performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Deep understanding of local real estate market trends.
