Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to spearhead commercial real estate sales. If you have a proven track record in lead generation and deal closure within the property sector, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with us. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies for premium commercial projects. Identify target markets and generate high-quality leads through networking and referrals. Conduct client presentations, site tours, and negotiate complex deals to closure. Build and sustain long-term relationships with investors, brokers, and corporate clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and sales tactics. Maintain the sales pipeline and client data using CRM tools for efficient reporting. Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-sale property handover.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years to maximum 10 years of experience in real estate sales. In-depth knowledge of the local commercial property market. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-value transactions. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
