Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in Java and SQL environments.
Design systems and select appropriate platforms to address complex client requirements.
Manage multiple work streams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Oversee offshore resources and interact with management at all levels.
Develop and test solutions for handling large-scale financial data sets.
Requirements:
15+ years of development experience with deep expertise in Java and SQL.
5+ years of solid database design, data modelling, and query optimisation.
Mandatory strong experience in Capital Market domain (Equities, Futures, FX).
Proven ability in systems design and addressing architectural problems.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
