LUMINARI is looking for a dedicated Shadow Teacher to provide one-on-one support for a child in a school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience in inclusive education.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 classroom support to the student during school hours.
Assist the child with academic tasks and classroom participation.
Monitor and manage behavior and social skill development.
Collaborate with teachers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Psychology or Non-Psychology graduates are eligible to apply.
Strong patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Good communication skills in English.
Prior experience with children is preferred but not mandatory.
