Vsolar is looking for dedicated Solar Installers to join our Delhi NCR projects. This role involves the installation, wiring, and commissioning of grid-tied solar PV systems ranging from 3kW to 500kW.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Mounting structures, solar panels, and inverters according to technical drawings.
Performing DC/AC wiring, conduit laying, earthing, and stringing.
Conducting commissioning tasks including polarity and insulation resistance checks.
Following strict safety protocols, including PPE and working-at-height guidelines.
Reporting daily progress and material usage to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings.
Proficiency with multimeters, clamp meters, and drilling tools.
Physical fitness for rooftop work and working at heights.
Experience of 0-2 years (Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome).
