We are looking for compassionate professionals to monitor newborns, assist in life-saving procedures, and support parents through the recovery process. • Perform round-the-clock monitoring of infants in incubators or on ventilators within the NICU. Administer medications and IV fluids precisely as per doctor s prescriptions and weight-based calculations. Coordinate infection control programs, barrier nursing, and fumigation protocols in the department. Conduct neonatal assessments within 15 minutes of admission and maintain accurate medical records. Assist doctors in specialized procedures including endotracheal intubation, catheterization, and resuscitation. Update parents twice daily on the neonate s progress and provide emotional support and health education. Ensure cleanliness of all apparatus and furniture while adhering to NABH and nursing clinical standards. Manage ward inventory and ensure no wastage of medical materials during shift handovers.

• Proven experience or training in NICU routines and handling of neonatal equipment. Mandatory training in NALS (Neonatal Advanced Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program). Thorough knowledge of IV fluid management and high-risk drug administration policies. Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural and multidisciplinary medical team.
