Storekeeper Interior Fit-Out Projects

Join our team as a Storekeeper for high-end Interior Fit-Out projects, where you will manage essential inventory and material logistics. We are looking for an organized professional to ensure seamless stock handling and documentation across our turnkey contracting sites.

• Maintain comprehensive inventory records for all materials received and issued at project sites. Process material inward and outward entries while maintaining precise stock registers and reports. Verify vendor deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery challans to ensure quantity accuracy. Issue materials to site teams and contractors based on approved project requirements. Systematically manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) documentation and material issue slips. Monitor material consumption and wastage patterns during the project execution phase. Coordinate with purchase teams and site supervisors to prevent work delays due to shortages. Oversee the safe storage, labeling, and periodic auditing of tools and equipment.

• 3 to 6 years of experience specifically as a Storekeeper in interior fit-out or construction projects. In-depth knowledge of interior materials including plywood, hardware fittings, electrical, and HVAC items. Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly MS Excel for inventory tracking. Strong ability to coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and vendors. Exceptional attention to detail regarding record-keeping and stock discrepancies. Willingness to work in-person at Kamothe or various project sites.
