Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to lead our financial operations and ensure robust controls across multiple plants. This is a brilliant opportunity for CA/MBA experts to drive working capital optimization and costing leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end FP & A including MIS, Plant P & L, and detailed variance analysis.
Lead standard costing, BOM validation, and precise machine-hour/job-order costing.
Ensure top-notch financial controls along with GST, TDS, and IT compliance for audit readiness.
Optimize working capital through efficient management of receivables, payables, and inventory.
Oversee plant finance operations such as GRN, Job cards, and WIP/FG reconciliation.
Strengthen governance and SOPs across P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles.
Provide cross-functional leadership to synchronize operations, supply chain, and sales.
Requirements:
Professional degree like CA, Inter CA, ICWA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in Finance & Accounts within a manufacturing setup.
Previous exposure to Printing, Flexible Packaging, or FMCG manufacturing is a major plus.
Ability to manage financial aspects across multiple plant locations.
Expertise in cash flow forecasting and wastage tracking.
